Position Description:
Our Client is a privately owned Construction Group based in Kingston Upon Hull, who work anywhere within the United Kingdom on projects up to a value of £6.0m.



Your main responsibilities will include:



1. Provide and maintain all necessary setting out for the works
2. Keep records and logs as instructed/ requested by site management
3. Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents
4. Work with the Site construction team and assist in the construction of the proposed scheme
5. Maintain a drawing register
6. Liaise with Client/ Consultant to ensure compliance with all specifications and regulations
7. To take an interest in and assist in all aspects of the project including : Health, Safety and environmental issues,
8. Assist with the supervision and management of the workforce and subcontractors



The role is primarily the bulk muck shift of a colliery spoil heap. The site is being developed for industrial use, therefore later stages will require knowledge of drainage, kerbs etc.
