Position Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator to come and join their existing Estimating team working out of their York office.
The ideal candidate will be technically qualified ideally with Rail infrastructure experience, although general Civil Engineering experience will be accepted.
You will have previous experience producing estimates for a large Civil Engineering contractor and be looking to join one of the largest Contractors in the Yorkshire region.

Our client is playing a major role in helping Network Rail to maintain its railway infrastructure.
The company has long-term contracts looking after structures and embankments in London North East Zone and East Coast Main Line; property in East Anglia; major stations in London; signalling renewals and signalling schemes in East Anglia; and was also responsible for successfully installing TPWS in East Anglia.
These contracts are carried out within partnerships that create a single team to deliver a high quality service, cost effective engineering solutions and best value for the travelling public.
The companys corporate performance last year totalled in excess of £238,500,000 and they are currently operating in the Highways, Asset and Utility Services as well as Rail.
