Our client is high performing Contact Centre, renowned for delivering results. We are looking for a Training Manager / Sales Trainer with a proven track record of making a difference through training intervention. With success in enhancing performance, not only of individuals but with the centre as a whole. Experience will be rewarded.

You will be responsible for inductions and will therefore have significant experience of training analysis, designing training interventions and training delivery ideally within a contact sales centre environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a genuine drive for success,

Hours will vary 9 – 5 / 11 – 8. Flexibility is key.
