Position Description: SENIOR ESTIMATOR You should be... • Customer focused • Enthusiastic • Team worker • Innovation and change Essential skills • Time management • IT literate • Excellent verbal & written communication • Interpersonal • Negotiating • Technical knowledge Job Requirements • Wide range of knowledge in the use of Forms of Contract including Design & Build • Experience of Partnering schemes • Experience of negotiations with prospective clients • Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of Conquest • Preferably professionally qualified • Minimum of 5 years experience working for main contractor Company benefits • Salary negotiable – depending on experience • Contributory pension scheme • 23 days holiday, rising to maximum of 26 days per year (excluding bank holidays) after 2 years • Private medical after 2 years • Discretionary profit share scheme paid at the end of January • Car or car allowance • Fuel allowance
