Position Description:
Working from our clients’ brand new purpose built offices, you will be trained to make outbound calls to existing customers, with the main objective of recovering overdue accounts.
Our clients believe that their staff are their most important asset and continually invest in training and staff development in key areas such as client and product knowledge, market awareness, customer care and negotiation skills.
Working in a friendly and professional environment, No experience is required but you must have excellent team, communication and negotiation skills.
Hours:
FULL TIME;
Varying, 40 hours, Mon-Sat 8am – 8pm.
PART TIME;
23 hours, Mon-Fri 5 – 8pm
Sat 8 – 4pm
