Position Description:
Our client is a leading national construction group with a turnover in excess of £160 million pounds providing a comprehensive service for the design and construction of new buildings, refurbishment and fit-out works valued between £100,000 and £40 million.
Based out of their Birmingham office the successful candidate must have the relevant education (HNC, Degree etc) and have experience of computer estimating software (excel, conquest etc). With the majority of contracts in the education sector previous experience in the area would be preferred but not essential.
In return out client is offering the successful candidate an excellent basic salary, health care, company car / car allowance, pension and 26 days holiday per year.
