Position Description:
Our client is a leading national construction group with a turnover in excess of £160 million pounds providing a comprehensive service for the design and construction of new buildings, refurbishment and fit-out works valued between £100,000 and £40,000,000
Based out of their Birmingham office the successful candidate must have the relevant education (HNC, Degree etc), have experience of both tender and contract planning, and be familiar with electronic planning software. With the majority of contracts in the education sector previous experience would be preferred but is not essential.
