Our client is a leading national construction group with a turnover in excess of £160 million pounds providing a comprehensive service for the design and construction of new buildings, refurbishment and fit-out works valued between £100,000 and £40,000,000

Due to an increase in the number of contracts won (especially in the education sector our client is now looking to recruit an experienced Managing Surveyor in head up education contracts in excess of £20 million. Reporting directly to the area manager the successful candidate must have a proven track record in the education sector and be eager to succeed in one of the nations leading contracts.
