Position Description:
Our client - a leading construction company and the winner of the 2008 Major Contractor of the Year award, with a turnover in excess of £850 million per year is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up a £8 million Education contract based in Rotherham. Reporting directly to the commercial manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning company that is at the very top of the industry.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in the commercial sector and have experience of heading up contracts in excess of £5 million. In return our client is offering a basic wage of £40,000 plus, company car, healthcare, pension and an attractive bonus scheme.
