Position Description:
Our client is an expanding Design & Build Contractor with their Haed Office in South Yorkshire, who due to their continued planned growth now wish to strengthen their technical team with the appointment of an experienced Design & Build Coordinator. You will be responsible for developing preliminary project scheme, working o­n mainly new build projects between £500,000-£2.5m mainly in the North of England. Responsible for working within and leading a team of specialist consultants to develop projects from initial concepts to site based projects. Candidates should have previous construction knowledge and practical experience together with a good understanding of design coordination, current regulations and be able to add value through buildability and value engineering principles.
