Position Description:
Our client, one of the North of England’s most progressive contractors requires an Operations Manager to run a £15m per year Social Housing contract in the West Yorkshire area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent client facing skills with a proven track record in delivering multiple local authority projects in on time and on budget. This is key contract for the client so previous Social Housing experience is essential.
In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to progress through the ranks and eventually become Branch Manager so ambition is a must.
