Position Description:
Our client is a family owned South Yorkshire based Construction whose building experience enables them to undertake a variety of projects from complete new-build projects including groundworks to internal refurbishments and full fit-outs for a number of prestigious clients throughout the UK. Projects undertaken range in value from £10,000 to over £1.5 million.
Due to workload, we have been asked to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee two interior fit out schemes with a total value of around £1.5m. The schemes are spread across England, and role will require the successful candidate to be visiting sites 75% of the time and so flexibility to travel is essential.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with some exposure to the Shopfitting Industry. In return, the company will provide an attractive salary and car/allowance and further benefits.
