Position Description:
My Client provides a wide and growing range of clients all over the world with a professional consultancy service based on what we believe are the fundamental criteria for the successful delivery of every commission we undertake.
Main Job Purpose:
Ideal candidates should have the ability to manage all pre and post contract activities on the schemes including individual construction projects and inter related activities - all necessary to deliver the wider project. In addition, a demonstrable track record in managing multiple clients and stakeholders, multi disciplinary consultants and construction partners. Construction values from £20-£80M over 2-4 year project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Experience of delivering high value, complex projects from feasibility, through AIP / AID and through construction
• Full understanding of FE - Colleges and LSC process
• Liaison with LSC
• Liaison with all stakeholders
• Delivering the overall programme against the master programme within the budgetary constraints.
• Strategic procurement and development advice.
• Management of multi disciplinary teams.
• High profile client management.
• Key stage reporting and procurement of individual package of works.
• Managing project internal finances
• Acting as a lead and mentor to subordinates
• Tendering & appointment of contractors and consultants.
• Remit to provide further growth to the business through high levels of service delivery and being client facing.
