Position Description:
Undertake production drawing design in house utilising CAD to the required drawing format.
Plan improvements, alterations and changes in specifications on designs of proposed local authority properties.
Under general supervision, but primarily working to self-specified deadlines and work schedules Perform a variety of technical tasks in the planning, building regulation and design of renovated dwellings.
Developing design concepts for proposed construction of renovation projects of limited scope and complexity.
