Position Description:
Linear Recruitment has strong ties with the UK’s leading Contractors, and we are currently working alongside some of the biggest names in the North of England.
Our client is now looking to appoint a Managing/Senior Quantity Surveyor to its established team. The role entails the management of Intermediate Surveyors on up to five separate contracts with a total value of around £15m. Contracts range from New Build Social Housing to Extra Care Units with communal facilities.
The candidate will have worked in a similar role, have relevant qualifications and will have worked on commercial construction contracts in the past.
In return, the company is offering an attractive basic salary, car or car allowance and full benefits package including bonus.
