Position Description: Linear Recruitment has strong ties with the UK’s leading Contractors, and we are currently working alongside some of the biggest names in the North of England. Our client is now looking to appoint a client facing Surveyor to its established team. The role entails working with the current Managing Surveyor on New Build Social Housing contracts. A background working for a Local Authority would be an advantage, as there will be strong interaction with the client. Construction related Surveying qualifications are essential. In return, the company is offering an attractive basic salary, car or car allowance and full benefits package including bonus.
