Position Description:
This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative, motivated designer with true creative flair to join my client’s established team.
If you are an excellent communicator with the confidence to talk to customers face to face, as well as possessing a good knowledge of design for plastics, manufacture and assembly, this may be the role for you.
You will ideally:
• Have an excellent eye for detail.
• Be degree qualified (Product Design, Industrial Design or similar) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in product design or new product development
• Have experience of Product Design for Manufacture and design for plastics
• Have High standards of 3D CAD skills (preferably SolidWorks)
• Excel in idea generation and visual communication skills (sketching)
• Have the desire to learn
