Position Description:
Concrete Repairs Limited specialises in the repair, rehabilitation and refurbishment of reinforced concrete structures and buildings. We undertake projects in the role of main contractor and specialist sub-contractor. Our specialist work also includes structural strengthening using carbon fibre and corrosion control using cathodic protection.
Reporting to the Contacts Manager, duties will include assisting with the day to day running of projects. If workload changes, the successful applicant will also be required to assist with the production of estimates/quotations, the production of method statements and risk assessments. Knowledge in dealing with engineers, architects, site operatives and subcontractors is desirable. Good IT skills, with use of Word and Excel etc, will be necessary.
The Company also offers a training programme to become chartered with the ICE.
