Position Description:
Our client, founded in 2004, is the fastest growing construction company in the North of England with an annual turnover in excess of £100 million pounds.
Due to their continued success they are now looking to recruit an experienced Projects / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a high rise residential apartment projects. Reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Manager, you will responsible for all the surveying duties of projects up to £20 million, and all Assistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors on the project.
Whilst working on high rise residential projects the successful candidate will ideally have direct experience of dealing with similar projects but applicants are welcome from all sectors of the commercial side of the industry. You must have a proven track record, high levels of technical competence and be dedicated to succeed in a rapidly expanding company.
