Position Description:
Our client is one of the UK's leading construction companies who have a famous heritage, a well defined culture with strong values and a strategy designed to ensure a successful future. Due to an increase in contracts they are now looking to recruit a Senior Planner to work on a variety of education contracts in West Yorkshire with a combined value of over £100 million.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the development as an integral member of the project team. Responsible for the project planning, comprising programming, progress monitoring, information flow, procurement and the site construction works.
The successful candidate must have the relevant education background (degree) and have planning experience within the Building Environment, on similar sized new build or design & build projects preferably in the education sector.
