Main Responsibilities include:



- Manage commercial activities for a number of projects within a delivery team

- Provide commercial support and advice to the Operations Director

- Drive and maintain a high level of commercial & financial control within the delivery team

- Actively manage the elimination of risk

- Promote ideas and add value to each project team to maximize project targets

- Recruit, motivate and retain the best people

- Actively develop and strengthen relationships with clients and their teams, and our own supply chain in order to maximize team and business goals
