Position Description:
Skills and Abilities include:

- Support, coach and develop members of the team
Main Responsibilities include:
- Manage commercial activities for a number of projects within a delivery team
- Provide commercial support and advice to the Operations Director
- Drive and maintain a high level of commercial & financial control within the delivery team
- Actively manage the elimination of risk
- Promote ideas and add value to each project team to maximize project targets
- Recruit, motivate and retain the best people
- Actively develop and strengthen relationships with clients and their teams, and our own supply chain in order to maximize team and business goals

Client:
Our client is a leading national construction company who’s work includes Local Authorities, Education, Health, Leisure & Fitness, National Government, Food Retail, Hotels. Due to their continued growth and they are looking to recruit a commercial manager based out of their office in the Nottinghamshire area.
