Position Description:
My client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced document controller. The successful candidate will be proactive and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail, as you will be working to tight deadlines and on own initiative. This role will also see the successful candidate take on all customer service responsibilities meaning you must have a flexible approach to work.
The role will see you;
• Manage the control and distribution of document, drawing and specification.
• Maintain and archive document and data
• Record and report customer complaints and returned goods, ensuring compliance with Corrective and Preventive actions.
• Provide administrative assistance to Quality, Regulatory and Operations, including, minuting of meetings and document approvals administration.
You must have
• Experience in enquiry handling
• Knowledge and experience in use of business telecommunication systems
• The ability to communicate effectively |
