Linear Recruitment works with leading Regional and National Contractors across the North of England covering the House Building, Construction and Fit Out industries.



We are currently looking to recruit an Estimator/Surveyor for a regional Fit Out contractor who are growing despite the current economic situation.



The company specialises in projects ranging from £200k to £1.5m and are looking for someone to carry out the following duties:



Estimating and pricing works
Negotiating with clients
Drawing and Site Measurements
Material Procurement
Valuations


The successful candidate will have experience of a similar role within a sub-contractor and be able to fit in a fun but hard working team seamlessly.
