Position Description:
Prepare contract and tender documentation for projects without quantities
- Grade 1 listed buildings
- New works
- Refurbishment
- Demolition
Carry out general building condition surveys electronically and on paper pro-forma, prepare reports.
- Residential
- Commercial
- Offices, etc
Must have a flexible approach to the working environment.

Based in Sheffield, working East/West Midlands, North East and North West regions. Sometimes further a field. |
