Position Description:
My clients are looking for a confident and experienced individual to work in their busy city centre offices in measuring their fixed programme of research,
This would include measuring quality of service through customer satisfaction research, collecting competitor information and monitoring all customer suggestions and complaints
As well as carrying out research briefings, delivering results and consulting on findings and following up any actions agreed.
