Position Description:
Due to an increase in work load they are now looking to recruit an experienced intermediate Estimator to grow with the company. The successful candidate will have the relevant education (HNC, Degree etc) and experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Duties include:
-Assisting in defining specifications through accurate and timely estimates to provide better production, cover costs and better suitability to the customer and the company.
- Undertaking site visits in preparation of tenders when required.
- Contributing to the management of key accounts and divisional business planning and budgeting.
- Representing the company by dealing with Customers, Suppliers, Consultants and Stakeholders in a manner, which enhances the company’s reputation.
- Promoting excellence in Health and Safety through the estimating function.
