Position Description:
Our client is one of the leading construction contractors in the North West covering all aspects of construction including industrial, leisure, office and residential. Refurbishment work is completed to the same high standard as new build. This was highlighted when one of their building projects won the Manchester Chamber of Commerce Award for Building of the Year for an extensive refurbishment of a City Centre office building.
Due to continues success and expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator. Responsibilities will be to co-ordinate tender bids and pre-contract activities through to construction. The successful candidate must also have experience in preparing detailed budget cost plans. Tendered projects range from £100,000 - £20 million, both refurbishment and new build.
