Position Description:
Duties include



To profitably complete projects in accordance with the clients specifications and to ensure client satisfaction where possible
To plan resources and ensure any shortfalls / over re-sourcing issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner
To coordinate and manage any interface with other parts of the division
To ensure all personnel within your control work in accordance with the company policies, are trained, competent and aware and in particular work safely
To deliver project schemes profitably and to time to enhance company’s reputation and look to further business
To assist in recognising new client targets and developing an approach to target with Commercial Manager
Ability to manage all personnel within your control professionally and effectively




Requirements



Experience in working in Curtain Walling and Glazing
HNC/HND, Degree in a construction related subkect
Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative
Client:
Our client has quickly became the leading curtain wall installer in the UK and European market. To date they have installed over £100m of curtain wall with a current turnover of £10m per annum and employ around 200 curtain wall installers. Due to planned and sustained growth they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager.
