Position Description:
Experience required



Significant demonstrable experience within a similar role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self motivated and ability to work under pressure with limited supervision
Strong MS Office skills including Microsoft Project
Excellent Excel skills essential.
Excellent negotiating skills
Good knowledge of construction
Thorough understanding of various forms of building contract
Good measurement skills
Team Player
Experience in working in Curtain Walling and Glazing
HNC/HND, Degree in a construction related subject
Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative

Client:
Our client has quickly became the leading curtain wall installer in the UK and European market. To date they have installed over £100m of curtain wall with a current turnover of £10m per annum and employ around 200 curtain wall installers. Due to planned and sustained growth they are now looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor.
