Linear Contact: Our client is a leading national contractor with turnover in excess of £100 million working in all sides of the sectors of the industry. Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work out of their Midlands office.

Description

Reporting directly to the Construction Director, ideal candidates for this position will have a proven track record of managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and experience of traditional and design and build contracts in the industrial, commercial, education and leisure sectors.

You will have overall responsibility for the region’s post contract commercial control and should be suitably experienced and qualified to work on your own initiative, meet deadlines within the Management team and have excellent communication skills. .
