Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their busy Leicester based office.

The role requires someone with previous customer service experience and a professional telephone manner. This is a varied role in which the successful candidate will spend half of their working week dealing with the busy reception desk and the rest of the week working within the customer care department.

Previous customer service experience is required.
