Linear Recruitment has strong ties with the UK’s Social Housing and Construction Contractors, and we are currently working alongside some of the biggest names in the North of England.



Due to the award of a new contract our client is looking to appoint a Managing Surveyor to their Yorkshire team. The successful candidate will report directly into the Commercial Manager/Director and be responsible for leading, managing and supporting pre and post contract commercial activities across a number of differing projects.



Experience of running large scale PFI schemes and a background of taking charge of multiple site teams on works such as New Build Social Housing and New Build Medical Centres is essential.



Additionally, candidates should have strong relationship building skills and be able to interface with clients, PQS, the Design Team and Supply Chain, while strong commercial skills are required to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management.
