Description

An experienced Maintenance surveyor with a proven track record in delivering cyclical maintenance on local authority housing schemes is required. You will be working on behalf of a local authority who has already achieved the decent homes standard and is now looking for a surveyor to assess the property, help maintain the housing stock and deliver small scale projects in line with schedules.



You will have previous experience of delivering maintenance projects on local authority housing projects and be able to demonstrate your expertise in this field. Experience of CAD, stock condition surveying and the ability to oversee subcontractors is essential as is a willingness to work with tenants in occupied properties.
