Linear Recruitment is working with a contractor to resource a proven Project Manager to undertake a project from inception that is scheduled to be completed 40 weeks hence.

The contract is a £5m design and build steel framed commercial project on a brownfield site. Your role will demand that you have a sound understanding of programming, design issues, liaising with architects, managing sub-contractors (including both external and finishing trades), Health & Safety and managing a site team consisting of Trades, Site Engineer and a Site Manager. Furthermore you will be expected to work closely with the client and your Contracts Manager

The contract is due on site in August and interviews will take place in July
