Our client is one of the North of England’s leading Construction Organisations working on a wide range of Local Authority Contracts such as Schools, Medical Centres and Housing Association works.



Due to heavy workload, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager who has a proven track record of managing multiple sites and multiple site staff on similar projects.



The ideal candidate will have been in a Contracts Manager post for at least five years, and have the drive and determination to make sure that projects are handed over on time, on budget and that they exceed the client’s satisfaction.
