Linear Recruitment is working with a reputable sub contractor to appoint a Project Manager to work on packages up to £6m on large scale projects across London. Our client provide curtain walling and door systems to major contractor’s across the country and have a requirement for a Project Manager to oversee their contracts for the London area of the business.

The Role

Above all our client is looking for the successful candidate to have undertaken a Project Management position previously for a sub contractor, preferably in a similar field.

Ensure profitable execution of work
Represent the company in dealing with clients- major contractor’s.
Programming
Communicate effectively with your trades team
Design input/issues
Protect the company’s best interests
Liaise effectively with the contracts and manufacturing teams in head office
Monitoring, updating and distributing revised programmes to project team.
