Position Description:
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and colleagues
Compile estimates for a range of bespoke interior projects, including
- taking off specialized joinery and associated items
- sourcing suppliers and subcontractors
- establishing and managing our contractual relationship with them
Maintain control of project costs by monitoring actual against order commitment, reporting and addressing variances promptly
Compile and submit both interim and final valuations, and negotiate to settlement
Respond where appropriate to demanding time schedules.
