Description

Our client is one of the North of England’s leading Construction Organisations working on a wide range of Local Authority Contracts specialising in New Build Social Housing, New Build Extra Care Units and New Build Medical Centres.



Due to the award of a new contract they are currently to appoint a Site Manager. This position will start in January 2010.



For this position, applicants must have a solid background running new build projects such as Medical Centres and Office blocks with project values of around £4m.



In return, the successful candidate can expect to receive an attractive salary and benefits package and the prospect of working for an extremely progressive company.


Salary - 35k plus car plus package
