This exciting opportunity is working for one of the up and coming companies within FM. Predominantly a European construction company, it is steadily building up a force within FM in the UK which will satisfy most ambitions and has already created an excellent working environment and a number of high profile clients.

An opportunity has arisen for a Bid Writer to co-ordinate FM proposals and bids within the commercial sector. The skills required include: marketing in order to be able to write in an in a way that appeals to clients, IT and graphical skills in order to be able to present facts and figures in the best light, communication at all levels to ensure all relevant information is collected from various different internal parties and most of all excellent writing skills to ensure the bid is as comprehensive and concise as possible.



This position will be working closely with the Business Development Director and the Estimator. You do not necessarily need FM experience although it would be an advantage. Some sort of communications or marketing degree would also help.



As the team grows there will be an excellent opportunity to lead and manage a team.
