This particular opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to provide costings for commercial Facilities Management (FM) solutions.

Knowledge of the FM market is essential as is a rounded experience within total FM solutions. You will be expected to have expert knowledge on Excel spreadsheets, be able to develop cost models which can be adapted to suit different situations.

This position will be part of a Business Development team reporting to the Business Development Director.
