I require a Surfacing Supervisor to join a leading Civil Engineering and Highways Contractor at their North West office and be responsible for road and highways surfacing activity across the region.

You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and optimising all plant, labour and materials to ensure correct day to-day management of the company's surfacing operations. You will also be tasked with maximising contractual performance to achieve maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and business development in conjunction with the local team and the regional manager.

To be considered for this post you need to have previous road surfacing experience at supervisory level and be computer literate.

Salary will be in the region of £30,000 to £36,000 per annum dependant on experience/qualifications with company car or car allowance provided along with pension and private healthcare.
