Our client is a leading contractor in the Social Housing and Reactive Maintenance fields. Due to heavy workload they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to their Wakefield based team.



Applicants must have a background working with in Local Authority contracts and MUST have experience of using Orchard Housing Management System.



The successful candidate will be competent with inputting data into orchard, inputting variations and invoicing completed works.
