Description

Our client is one of the North of England’s leading contractors specialising in Local Authority and Housing Association projects.



Due to heavy workload they are now looking to appoint an office based Technical Co-ordinator/Project Manager to their team. Applicants must have a strong background with in the Construction industry in a technical role and be educated to at least HNC/HND level.



The successful applicant will run projects from inception to completion defining project specifications, and producing effective design programmes for contracts. They will also be responsible for Health & Safety, Financial, Legal and Programming issues.



Candidates must be highly analytical and strong communicators as the role will require liaison with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the pre-contract, contract and post contract stage.



Applicants should have a background of running a wide range of contracts, ideally with experience of running projects on Healthcare, Education, Housing and Offices.
