Job Description:
Linear Recruitment has strong ties with a host of the North East’s leading Regional Construction Contractors.

Due to heavy workload, one of our clients is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Build schemes. Applicants should have a proven track record with in the construction arena and have worked on new build projects up to £4m. Projects include Schools, Medical Centres, Office Developments, and Industrial units.

Experience of Design and Build contracts is required and applicants should be qualified to at least HND level.
