Senior CDM Coordinator



Our client is a leading consultancy with excellent clients and is providing an excellent opportunity.



Main function and scope of job:

- Fulfilling all aspects of the CDM-Coordinator role on high profile projects with complicated Health & Safety issues by providing solutions, and assisting other CDM-C’s and colleagues in other disciplines on the their projects.

- Undertaking Health & Safety and related consultancy roles.

- In addition, be a focal point for Health & Safety advice for both our clients and partners.



Key responsibilities:

- Client Management:

o To actively improve our service delivery, grow our client satisfaction levels, and obtain future business.

o To manage regional and national framework accounts

- Business Development:

o Be actively involved in business development planning and implementation.

o Develop strong relationships with clients and other professionals to maximise future business opportunities including repeat business.

- Project Delivery:

o To be responsible for and have active involvement in the successful delivery of significant appointments.

o Deliver the financial management of all appointments in accordance with the project plan and to take necessary action to optimise margins and rectify deviations.

o Provide direction and intervention on matters of poor project delivery.

- Financial:

o In conjunction with the business unit director comply with the requirements of the companies’ financial management, control and reporting systems.

o Review and report against planned and actual project profitability.

o Prepare, collate and submit information project information for internal reports.



Requirements:

- Essential:

o Self motivated and dedicated H&S Consultant / CDM Coordinator

o Proven track record in providing practical and effective H&S advice to commercial and public sectors.



Skills & Education:

- Construction and design consultancy

- Knowledge of CDM 2007 regulations

- NEBOSH qualified to construction certificate level

- Member of IOSH/IIRSM

- Qualification / Membership of appropriate body
