Description

A position has opened for a Building Surveyor to work for London Borough of Lambeth within the housing division for two months.
Brief responsibility includes – Provision of surveying services and identifying and addressing staff training needs.
Identification and accurate diagnosis and complex repair.
Liaison and efficient monitoring of repair contractors.
Devising and recommending cost effective solutions to repair problems.

The candidate must have the skills to communicate effectively with different people verbally and written, Analytical and problem solving, work as part of a small team and work off own initiative and have a background in Housing Surveying/Inspection.

Working hours 9am-5:30pm (35hpw), hourly rate £17.50
