This is one of the leading Construction and FM companies in the UK and Internationally with a high proportion of Blue Chip Clients as well as extremely large projects. Our Client is looking for a Maintenance Project Manager who has the following :

Either Graduate calibre or relevant experience in Project Management

Good client relationship skills

Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

Confident in formulating & expressing constructive robust opinions. Assertive & challenging as required

Able to build trusting relationships with all levels of employees and to gain respect & confidence of others

Ability to adjust rapidly and frequently to new situations & to help others accept and adapt to change.



The role will be supporting the main maintenance strategy, deliver against stringent KPI’s, identify maintenance neeeds and develop smaller strategies, ensure all Health and Safety compliance, manage contractors and supply chain effectively.
