They are looking for a Facilities Management Account Manager to manage a portfolio of multi – tenanted office buildings in Central London for one of their Blue Chip Clients. Knowledge and experience of Total FM Operations as well as knowledge of Property Management is a distinct advantage. Good man-management skills and contract knowledge are essential, together with the ability to run a profit making account. It is important to be able to build and develop relationships with all parties concerned.
