Sub Agent required to work on projects to £20M as part of project team or stand alone on projects up to £1M you will be required to Understand and implement all safety systems, maintain relationship with Client, Suppliers, Designers, set and maintain high standards and ensure all activities comply with BMS. You will be involved in production of cost plans and value plans, understand conditions of contract with Client and Suppliers, and can administer effectively. Produce and maintain project programmes with detailed knowledge of outputs. Be capable of producing procurement schedules/orders for suppliers and materials as well as understand design process and manage to programme ensuring value for money.
You will have an engineering background with marked progression to sub agent working with a civils main contractor on either major road, infrastructure or water projects.
Projects include Highways, Infrastructure, Water and General Civils by nature and valued from £1 - £20 M in the wider North East area from Newcastle/Sunderland to Leeds/Sheffield, under various forms of contract.
