Design Manager

Huddersfield

£19 per hour (ltd) OR £40-£45,000 + Car + Package



Job Details; Temp to Perm Design Manager Huddersfield

Linear Recruitment is working with a Major Contractor on New Build housing project. The scheme is multi-million timber framed scheme with a large number of sites over a 3 year period.
The projects starts on site next year, the role will involve value engineering, liaising with the client, document control, planning approval, DDA’s, close working with colleagues at both pre and post construction.



Requirement:

Experience working for Major Contractor

Knowledge of New Build Social Housing

Preferably timber frame experience
